We invite you to experience a comfort holiday home on Khao Takiab Road, opposite from the famous Cicada Market and Tamarind Market. The room is a perfect blend of vintage concept and unique design, and urban conveniences.

Baan Vanilla Summer is the perfect place for leisure travelers. Every aspect of details will be taken care by our friendly and attentive staff to accommodate your lifestyle needs to ensure your stay will feel just like home.

A right to postpone 1 stay and must notify 7 days in advance.
In case of no-show or cancellation, refunds are not possible.
The deposit of 500 Baht (per room) upon check-in is required
Extra Guest costs 300 Baht per person per night
Child not taller than 120cm stays free of charge (using existing bed)
The penalty for smoking in the room is 1,000 Baht (smoking is allowed at the balcony or outside)
Check-in Time : After 2.00 PM
Check-out Time : Before 12.00 noon
Late check out : subject to room availability
- Before 6.00 PM half price charge
- After 6.00 PM full price charge
You will be charged for any damage caused by you or by your guests
- Key card damage : 300 Baht charge
- Stained linen : 500 Baht charge
- Stained towel : 200 Baht charge
- Other items : reasonable market price
Make sure you bring your valuable belongings before leaving the room. We are not responsible if you forget any of them in the room.
